  • Regularly check the condition of the gear and replace anything that's worn out or damaged.
  • After any crash, have the helmet inspected for any fractures/cracks.  If needed, have it re-certified.

STAY ORGANIZED

  • Create a checklist for race day to ensure you don't forget anything important.
  • Pack the night before to avoid last-minute stress.
  • If you can pre-register for the event.

  • Familiarize yourself with the race track locations and layouts.
